By using H0N services, you confirm the following:

You agree that electronic agreements, signatures, and records have the same legal effect as physical documents.
H0N provides access to blockchain-based digital assets and related services.
Access to a digital map consisting of NFT-based Lands, including viewing, interacting, and participating in related mechanics.
Login via Telegram, TON Connect, passkeys, or other supported methods.
Integration with blockchain networks for ownership verification, token interactions, and NFT mechanics.
Services are provided on an experimental and evolving basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, performance, or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without liability.
Access to certain features requires authentication through supported identity providers or wallet connections.
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and authentication credentials.
You agree not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
You must not transfer or share access to your account or wallet in violation of applicable laws.
H0N does not store, control, or have access to your private keys or digital assets.

Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for loss of digital assets due to wallet compromise or user error.
We are not liable for downtime, technical failures, or data inconsistencies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
